Thinking of selling?

We use a professional real estate photography and videography company to take excellent photos and drone footage of your home. This includes two virtual tours, one narrated, and one with music. 

Your home will be featured on our website and have a unique url that is specific to your home. This will feature the photos, videos, and virtual tours. We will also put flyers up on your website for you to download and share with your friends and family on social media.  

In addition to having a personalized website, we will market your home on social media (unless otherwise specified not to). This usually involves posting in Word of Mouth pages, our business page, and personal pages as well. We have a variety of other real estate agents in our network that we will send out your home to in the event they have buyers looking to purchase in your area. 

We will run a postcard campaign when you list with us. This way your neighbors and others in the surrounding area will know that you are selling. They may have a friend or family member looking to buy in your neighborhood !

We give you a team full of support during the selling process. If you have a question, our agents can help answer that and take care of any issues that may arise. Our goal is for this experience to be a smooth one.
