We look at their rental history, how long they have been renting at their previous address, check for any arrests, and many more factors are researched. We send you the report so that you are able to check the potential tenant out as well.
We have lease documents that are approved by the Florida BAR association through our MLS membership. We will add in any additional terms and conditions if the situation seems fit.
We have an online portal for owners to check their statements, receive payments, and see activity on the rental. The tenants have the opportunity to pay through the online portal along with request any items to be repaired.
We have a list of vendors that we recommend for repairs of your rental home. There is no need to stress out when a repair issue comes up as we have a list of vendors who are willing and able to help.
